4 - Thai mango martini 🥭

This Thai mango martini is made with fresh ripe mangoes for the best flavor. Perfect for parties, especially with a Thai or Asian theme, this tropical cocktail serves four and is easy to scale up. Simply blend ripe mangoes, dry vermouth, and your favorite vodka. Pair with Mango Mochi!

INGREDIENTS

Mango Purée:

  • 2 fresh mangoes ripe, or 2 cups cubed frozen mango

  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Martinis:

  • 4 ounces dry vermouth

  • 8 ounces vodka

  • 1 cup ice, crushed, or a few ice cubes if using a blender

METHOD

Mango Purée:

Gather the ingredients. Place mango cubes in a blender or food processor.

Add the lime juice, water, and sugar. Blend well to create a smooth puree.

Martinis:

Unlike most "martini" recipes, this one is blended. This helps integrate the thick puree with the other ingredients and creates a luscious and slushy drink that is perfect for summer.

Make the mango puree and leave it in the blender.

Add the vermouth, vodka, and a handful of ice cubes (or up to 3/4 cup crushed ice). Blend well until it is nice and smooth.
